Texas Environmental Plastics Ltd. offers a wide variety of geosynthetic materials to suit your application. We can provide these in standard roll sizes or custom fabricated to fit your specific needs.
- HIGH DENSITY POLYETHYLENE (HDPE) – the most widely used liner for applications requiring excellent chemical and ultra-violet resistance. It is primarily used in landfill cell construction and exposed industrial ponds.
- LINEAR-LOW DENSITY POLYETHYLENE (LLPE) – the product of choice when greater elongation and flexibility is required. It is primarily used in landfill closures.
- WOVEN COATED POLYETHYLENE – Ranges from 12 mil to 40 mil.
GEOTEXTILES – As permeable fabrics, generally non-woven and needle-punched polypropylene, these materials are used for applications requiring soil stabilization, erosion control, drainage, or to provide cushion to other geosynthetic layers. They are also bonded to geonets to create geocomposites. We have a wide range of non-woven geotextiles for liquid fabrication liner protection and materials separation available. Weights range from 4oz/sy to 32 oz/sy.

GEOCOMPOSITE CLAY LINERS (GCLs) Providing very low hydraulic conductivity, GCLs are manufactured liners consisting of sodium bentonite fixed between fabric or geomembrane liners. Sodium bentonite naturally swells when wet, providing self-healing characteristics useful for applications where liquid containment is critical. GCLs are generally used in place of earthen compacted clay and in combination with geomembranes and other geosynthetics.
- GEOCOMPOSITES Geocomposites are generally used for drainage, gas venting, or erosion control, these materials are widely used throughout the industry.
- HDPE PIPE – High-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe is used for the containment and transfer of liquids and gases. Providing very high chemical, corrosion, and crack resistance, HDPE pipe is extremely durable and lightweight, with superior flow characteristics. Because of the material properties and performance characteristics, HDPE pipe is used in harsh chemical applications including leachate collection, landfill gas, and others.
- WIND DEFENDER® A reinforced geotextile windscreen made of knitted, and UV stabilized HDPE filament. A ballast system that protects the underlying geosynthetic liners from damage and UV exposure. Quick and easy to install with little to no maintenance
CLOSURETURF® A three part component system, designed for easy and fast installation, provides an aesthetically pleasing and cost efficient landfill closure.
